ROTHESAY APARTMENTS

Akman Construction has completed the build of a new 215 unit multi-family rental complex for Edison Properties in North Kildonan. The project includes three 10-story towers on a four story podium, commercial space on the main floor, and underground parking.

The Scotia bank was moved from the old strip mall and constructed on a new pad site to accommodate the new rental complex.
