EDGEWOOD ESTATES

Edgewood Estates is a new apartment building constructed on Whellams Lane in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Directly adjacent to the Chief Peguis Bridge the apartment block has 224 rental units with exceptional views of the River.

The main building structure was constructed in 2 phases with the main floor level connected to the existing apartment blocks at 60 & 70 Whellams Lane. Disruption to the existing buildings was kept to a minimum throughout the course of construction.
