Ariel (Ari) Sherepanov joined Akman Construction in 2025 as a Pre-construction Coordinator in the Estimating Department. He holds a Construction Management degree, earned in 2023, and brings a well-rounded mix of office and field experience to the company. In his current role, Ariel supports tender submissions, quantity take-offs, and coordination between subtrades to streamline the pre-construction process. Previously, as a Field Coordinator on complex job sites, he gained hands-on experience with change management, submittal reviews, and on-site coordination which further reinforced his understanding of project execution from both a technical and practical perspective.
