Kennady joins Akman as a recent graduate of the RRC Polytech Construction Management Degree Program. She supports project teams on-site and in the office with quality control, scheduling, and document management throughout all project phases. Kennady brings valuable knowledge and experience in new technology and construction practices to the company. She initially worked with Akman in 2020 as a labourer and again in 2024 as a co-op student, assisting within our project management and estimating departments. Kennady has already begun making an impact in the industry by volunteering with the Manitoba Women in Construction (MWC) organization.
