Stephen, a Red Seal Carpenter, has been with Akman since 2019 and plays a critical role in the success of projects. He is responsible for on-site construction, administration, scheduling, and identifying and addressing discrepancies in drawings. Stephen coordinates site safety and security programs, collaborates with trades, conducts project condition reviews, manages deliveries, ensures compliance with scope and specifications, and oversees customer service. Before joining Akman, Stephen worked with another major construction firm for nine years.
