Having joined Akman in 2018, Victoria serves in a dual role as both project and Safety Coordinator. She is involved from pre-construction through post-construction, liaising between project managers and site staff. She tracks and distributes RFIs, shop drawings, pricing documents, permits, and O&Ms. Victoria ensures safety compliance and documentation for employees and subcontractors. Additionally, she serves as a liaison for Workplace Safety and Health, the Workers’ Compensation Board, and other relevant authorities.
