Akman Construction has completed the construction of this five-storey, 155-unit residential complex in the south end of Winnipeg. The structure primarily consists of concrete, hollow core, and masonry. The interior finishes have been upgraded to feature luxury flooring and ceramic tiles in the suites. 

The residential complex is divided into two buildings connected by the main floor and underground parking.
