The Addictions Foundation of Manitoba (AFM) treatment centre, situated in Thompson, Manitoba, is an 18,000 sq. ft. timber and masonry facility. Completed in 2009, it supports AFM’s mission to enhance the health of Manitobans by mitigating the harms of addictions through education, prevention, and rehabilitation. This 24-bed facility features a full kitchen, exercise area, ceremonial room, administrative offices, and meeting space. 

The Addictions Foundation of Manitoba aims to have the Centre designated as the first LEED Silver building north of the 53rd parallel in Manitoba.
