Assiniboine College’s Manitoba Institute of Culinary Arts opened in the fall of 2007. The facility houses the College’s Culinary Arts and Hotel/Restaurant Management programs. The project included a newly constructed, state-of-the-art teaching kitchen, renovated classrooms and labs, and a sixty-seat dining room.

This Manitoba heritage building blends old and new. It is situated in Brandon, Manitoba, on the College’s North Hill Campus, with natural scenic views.
