Akman Construction completed a comprehensive renovation of 13,000 square feet for Corus Entertainment’s CJOB radio station on the 30th floor of 201 Portage Avenue. The project incorporated new studios, including a tech shop, control rooms, and voice rooms. The studios were designed with high-performance acoustic wall and ceiling assemblies. 

Alongside the renovation of the 30th floor, Akman Construction also completed the 19th-floor renovations of 201 Portage Avenue, adding a new boardroom, staff offices, and a servery.
