Akman Construction completed the construction of a new 215-unit multi-family rental complex for Edison Properties in North Kildonan. The project features three 10-storey towers on a four-storey podium, commercial space on the main floor, and underground parking.

The adjacent Scotiabank branch was moved from the old strip mall and constructed on a new pad site to accommodate the new rental complex.
