Renovations have been completed on a commercial building located at 1074 Henderson Highway. The 10,000 square-foot fit-up is now home to a new Long & McQuade Musical Instruments retail location. The store boasts a bright open concept and features extensive full exterior glazing replacement.

The tenant improvements include an open showroom and retail space, a climate-controlled acoustic guitar room, a rentals area, large storage space, offices, and lesson rooms. The basement has a designated staff area, lunch room, two large offices and an instrument repair shop.
