Akman has completed renovations on the commercial building located at 1845 Pembina Highway. The 30,000 square-foot building features 5,000 square feet of leasable space and 25,000 square feet of tenant improvements for Long & McQuade Musical Instruments’ new flagship retail location.

Tenant improvements feature an open showroom, a mezzanine with lesson rooms, a climate-controlled high-end acoustic guitar room, maintenance and warehouse space, rentals, and general office space. The store concept and layout provide a unique retail experience for all customers.
