The Birks Building has been a historical Winnipeg landmark for over a century. Constructed in the early 1900s, it housed Birks Jewellers from 1912 to 1987. Since the recent total reconstruction of its interior spaces, the building has been home to the Manitoba Land Titles and Registry. 

The redesign features an atrium at the heart of the building that provides natural daylight and serves as a mechanical airshaft, enhancing air quality to meet LEED Silver status.
