Springfield Place, in Oakbank, Manitoba, features independent living suites for seniors and supportive housing units. This new 26,000 square-foot building was constructed by Akman Construction for Manitoba Housing and Kin Place in the RM of Springfield.

The building features a commercial kitchen, multipurpose rooms, solarium areas, and outdoor patios. Enhanced accessibility standards and sustainable systems have been integrated to serve tenants and contribute to a successful project for the community.
