Akman Construction completed Maple Leaf Construction’s new 44,000 square-foot Maintenance Facility at 185 Meridian Drive. This project included a CLT/Glulam office area featuring mod-bit roofing, exterior brick veneer, and metal cladding. Additionally, it comprises two wings of pre-engineered building structure, with insulated wall and roof metal paneling. One wing will serve as a welding shop, while the other accommodates light and heavy-duty truck bays.
