Akman Construction is currently undertaking the Oxbow on the Seine project, which involves installing new Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) cladding over existing Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) structures. The project also includes replacing windows and doors in owner-occupied suites and common areas. 

Since the building will remain occupied throughout construction, careful planning, logistical and operational measures are required to maintain a safe and secure environment for residents and stakeholders.
