Akman Construction was involved in the Oxbow on the Seine Phase III project, an initiative designed to enhance the structural integrity and overall performance of the building. The project entails a comprehensive restoration of the building envelope to address issues with original wall assemblies. 

The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of the Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS), the installation of exterior cultured stone, the replacement of windows and patio doors, and the remediation of rough openings, parapet structures, and repairs to Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) elements.
