Construction has been completed on a new 100,000 square-foot facility for RRC Polytech. Manitou a bi Bii daziigae (formerly the Innovation Centre) houses reimagined academic programs alongside innovation and entrepreneurial activities. These functions connect students, instructors, researchers, industry, and the community to foster social entrepreneurship and innovation, ultimately producing job-ready graduates.

The project also included renovations to the existing 20,000 square-foot Scott Fruit Building, which is connected to the Manitou a bi Bii daziigae building. Built in 1914, this three-storey facility is a designated Manitoba heritage building.
