Construction has been completed on a new 6-storey, 71-unit apartment block at 267 Sherbrook Street in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The structure is comprised of cast-in-place concrete and concrete/masonry walls with pre-cast concrete floors. The exterior is a combination of masonry and glass curtain walls.

During the project’s foundation phase, the entire perimeter was shored so as not to disrupt activity on Sherbrook Street, the backplane, or neighboring properties.
