Akman Construction Ltd. is currently providing Construction Management services for The Elswood, a residential development located at 269 River Avenue, in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Upon completion, this 7‑storey, 120,000 square foot building will feature 147 residential units and a structured parking facility with approximately 84 stalls.

The ground floor is designed to encompass 12,000 square feet, while each of the six residential levels will offer approximately 18,000 square feet of living space.

Situated along the Red River Waterway, The Elswood also incorporates Riverbank Stabilization measures, with KGS Group serving as the Consultant for this component of the project.
