KGS Group, a Winnipeg engineering firm, has expanded its offices into the former Librestream space on the main floor at 895 Waverley St. The renovation included a complete interior tenant fit-up, featuring brand new office space with open-concept workspaces and full DIRTT glass office systems. A stunning new kitchen, staff room, lounge, and wellness room have been incorporated.

Upgrades to the mechanical and electrical systems include all-new LED lighting and individual office temperature controls. A sound masking system and acoustic ceiling treatments were added to enhance acoustic quality throughout the office.
