Construction has been completed on a new 100,000 square foot facility for Red River College. Manitou a bi Bii daziigae (formerly Innovation Centre) houses re-imagined academic programs, innovation and entrepreneurial activities and services that will bring together students, instructors, researchers, industry, and the community to enable social entrepreneurship and innovation and deliver to employers job-ready graduates.
The project also included renovations to the existing 20,000 square foot Scott Fruit Building which is connected to the Manitou a bi Bii daziigae building.
The 3 storey facility, which was built in 1914, is considered a historic building in Manitoba.
