Long & McQuade Musical Instruments

Akman Construction has completed renovations to the commercial building located at 1845 Pembina Highway.  The 30,000 square foot building is comprised of 5,000 square feet of leasable space and 25,000 square feet of tenant improvements for Long & McQuade Musical Instruments new Flagship store.

The tenant improvements include an open showroom, mezzanine space with lesson rooms, a climate controlled high-end acoustic guitar room, maintenance & warehouse space, rentals, and general office space. The new and improved layout provides a unique retail experience for all customers.
