SPRINGFIELD PLACE

Located in Oakbank Manitoba, Springfield Place consists of Senior's independent living suites and supportive housing units. Akman Construction built the new 26,000 square-foot building for Manitoba Housing and Kin Place in the RM of Springfield.

The building includes a commercial kitchen, multipurpose rooms, solarium spaces and exterior patios. Increased accessibility standards and sustainable systems were incorporated to achieve a successful project.
